We wanted to test how well we were doing on our vertical rope skills, so some of us went to the Near Normal Grotto Vertical Picnic at Clark Falls.

This was the first time many of us had any experience doing serious work on rope. Our skills went from theory and ground level practice to actual challenges in the air. We had a very good time.
We would like to thank the Near Normal Grotto for their help in teaching us to work on rope.
