Devils Tower is an ancient volcano in Wyoming. On November 1st, four adventurers pile on climbing gear and set out for the summit – 400 feet straight up.
Bruno: Ahhhh! We’re climbing that Beast? That’s so cool, man.
Nathaniel: I feel like I’m going to fall off this rock!
Hans: It’s getting dark.
Kelli: Where’s the hot tub?

That looks like fun.
How much skill and training do you need before you can climb Devils Tower?

Nice job guys! they keep getting better every time! Suggestion: might want to consider an autoblock on your repels. It is easy to mess up especially when tired. It is the number 1 climbing accident.

I’m so glad I wasn’t there watching you guys!

Spectacular! What mixed emotions watching that. It makes me want to try a climb like that, but I’m not sure if my physical and mental response would be like Nathaniels
! That’s a pretty intense mission. Great video guys - oh and the music was great…. I think I know the guy who did that. He’s not that bad either!

Wow, that was amazing! Impressive Kelli! Thanks to you all for the vicarious experience. That is as close as we’ll ever get to rock climbing.

Not bad!! Great use of wide angle lenses. Did you use motion for the titling?
9 • Caryn • January 06, 2009 • 1:48 PM
It’s great to see young men doing something besides skateboarding and playing video games! I appreciate the honesty of how tired you got and how difficult it was.
10 • Kristin • January 07, 2009 • 11:26 PM
GREAT vidoe! :D I would NOT have done that. ;D
11 • Nate E • January 12, 2009 • 11:55 AM
You guys are really funny.

Oh my! I’m glad I’m not your mom Nathaniel and Hans. I am such a “mother hen” I would have been shaking my finger at you saying something mom-like such as “you come down from there right this minute, get in the car, and put on your seatbelt!”
Speaking of mom, is she aware of this activity? I might need to get in touch with her. :o
OK. jk. I won’t tell. lol.

So, did failed logic enter into your failed attempt? If so, what was it?

You guys scare me, get some proper training please.

Your website offers a great intellectual opportunity, but the adventure series lacks maturity. Risk taking lacks appeal and in a way impacts negatively on the credibility of your other offerings.

Why does risk taking lack maturity and have a negative impact?
What kind of risks to you feel are negative?
